About these terms
These Terms of Use cover the Puzzle Tamer website and browser game, provided by Universal Dividend Group Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian who can review these terms and authorise any purchases.
Your adventure
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to access the website and play the game for your own entertainment, subject to these terms. Please use the service lawfully and respect the experience of other players and the people who create it.
Play fairly: do not use bots, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service or manipulate currency, purchases or progression. We may investigate misuse and take proportionate action to protect the service, including restricting access, subject to applicable law.
Progress and gameplay
Guest play saves your adventure locally on your device. Where account access is available, signing in lets you connect progress to cloud backups. Use the same sign-in method on each computer. Accounts from different sign-in providers are separate unless an explicit linking feature is offered. Clearing site data or changing devices can affect access to local progress. Restoring a cloud backup restores adventure progress while retaining the current coin wallet and verified purchases.
Gameplay includes rewards, progression and encounters with different risk levels. In genuine-risk encounters, a fallen companion may be permanently lost under the game’s rules. Review the information shown before entering a stage or confirming a permanent action.
Virtual currency, items and companions are game features for use within Puzzle Tamer. They are not money, an investment or a right to cash redemption, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Purchases and consumer rights
Where paid products become available, the checkout will show the product, price, currency and applicable conditions before you confirm payment. A purchase must be made by an adult or with the appropriate parent or guardian’s permission. Any additional payment-provider terms will be made available at checkout.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws are preserved. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law. For a purchase issue, email hello@puzzletamer.com with relevant details, without sending payment-card information.
Purchases require a signed-in account and a backed-up adventure. Supported local currencies are selected using approximate country information; otherwise prices are shown in USD. The price and currency shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Coin packs can be purchased again; lifetime protection is a single purchase for that account. A refund or payment dispute may remove the associated available coins or suspend protection, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Artwork and creative work
The game, website, artwork, characters, music, code, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to Universal Dividend Group Pty Ltd, subject to any identified third-party licences. We welcome sharing your own gameplay screenshots and videos with credit to Puzzle Tamer. This permission does not extend to extracting and redistributing standalone game assets, selling our content or suggesting official endorsement.
Service changes
We may improve the game, adjust balance, fix errors or change features over time. Steam and mobile editions are planned; their release dates and features will be announced when ready. Where a material service change affects a paid product, we will honour applicable consumer rights and provide any notice required by law.
Responsibility
Use reasonable care with your device, browser data and access to the game. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control, such as a user clearing local storage or an independent network outage. This does not limit our responsibility where applicable law makes us responsible, including under non-excludable consumer guarantees.

Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the current version here and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
